Do you ship where I live?

PAPER AFFAIRS Publishers is located in Vienna, Austria, and we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are not included in our prices – they are added to your order prior to checkout and will be determined by the order’s destination.

Do you charge for shipping?

Yes, the price of shipping depends on the customer’s location. The shipping charge is calculated based on the weight and the shipping address and will be stated prior to checkout.

Where is my order?

Please allow 3 to 10 business days for delivery depending on your location. Please note that in some occasions packages may be delayed due to custom clearance. Thanks for your patience.

Unfortunately there are major restrictions and delays in worldwide postal traffic due to the current situation and some countries are still not accepting any sending. As a result we can’t assure our usual delivery times. We are really sorry for the inconvenience and hope for your understanding.
